User Agreement and Terms of Service
Zarat for Digital Publishing

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (referred to as "the Author" or "the Client" or "the User") and Zarat for Digital Publishing (referred to as "Zarat" or "the Site"). By using our services or requesting any of the publishing packages, you fully and unconditionally agree to comply with these terms.
1. Legal Authorization and Service Management
This clause is essential to enable the provision of the service:
By agreeing to this agreement and requesting the publishing service, you grant Zarat for Digital Publishing full authorization to perform all necessary actions to complete the publishing service, including technical coordination, file preparation, content modification, and communication with global and local publishing platforms, solely within the scope of service execution.
2. Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Legal Responsibility
The author retains all intellectual, financial, and literary property rights to their work, and Zarat's role is limited to providing publishing services as a technical intermediary.
The author acknowledges and undertakes that all submitted content is:
- Original and not copied or infringing on the rights of others.
- Not infringing on the intellectual property or trademarks of any third party.
- Not relying on rephrasing, summarizing, or compiling protected works without legal permission.
The author also bears full legal responsibility for the content of the work and undertakes to indemnify Zarat for any damages or claims arising from violations of this.
3. Publishing Services, Content Standards, and Compliance Policies
Zarat reserves the right to refuse or postpone the publication of any work that does not meet the following standards:
- A minimum level of professional quality in terms of linguistic editing, formatting, and artistic output.
- The content must be an original work of genuine intellectual or creative value.
- The work must not be low-content such as notebooks, diaries, blank templates, or limited interactive works.
- Not relying on full automated production or repeated mass production for commercial publishing.
- The possibility of using artificial intelligence tools provided that the content is subject to substantial human review and editing so that the output is not raw automated.
The author also acknowledges that the content may be subject to the requirements and policies of global and local publishing platforms, and that the acceptance or rejection of publication depends on those policies in addition to internal quality standards.
Zarat reserves the right to reject any content that falls within categories of high saturation, low demand, or a large number of low-quality releases in the market.
4. Privacy and Data Confidentiality
Zarat is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all files and information provided, and not sharing them except to the extent necessary to complete the publishing process through the platforms or cooperating technical parties.
The author agrees to the use of their data for the purpose of executing and documenting the service.
5. Cancellation, Refund, and Financial Responsibility
Before starting: The full amount can be refunded if work has not begun within 24 hours.
During execution: If work has started, the service is only postponed and no refund is given.
After the service is completed: No amounts can be refunded after the publication process has been executed or an attempt to upload the work has been made.
The author expressly acknowledges that they are not entitled to request a refund of any amounts if the work is rejected by global or local publishing platforms for any reason, including:
- Policy or quality violations
- Technical or artistic rejection
- Intellectual property issues
- Market saturation or classification of content within unacceptable categories
The service is considered fully executed once the preparation and publication or attempt to publish the content is completed.
6. Communication, Support, and Appointment Policy
In our effort to organize work and ensure the accuracy of exchanged information, the following communication policy is adopted as an integral part of this agreement:

B. Response Time Frame (SLA):
We are committed to responding to your inquiries as quickly as possible, while reserving the right to respond within a period of24 to 48 business hours.The organization is not responsible for any delays resulting from the client sending urgent requests outside official channels or during holidays, and a lack of immediate response does not constitute a service deficiency.
C. Customer Service via WhatsApp:
Instant messaging channels (such as WhatsApp) are designatedfor quick and general inquiries only.Technical notes or significant changes sent via WhatsApp are not accepted unless explicitly requested by the team. Your use of WhatsApp means you accept that the response may not be immediate and is subject to the time frame mentioned above.
D. Appointment Booking and Consultations:
Phone consultations or lengthy meetings are not provided without a prior appointment. Appointments for meetings or detailed discussions must be booked exclusively through the designated official link:

Appointment requests are subject to review and approval by our team, and the appointment will be confirmed electronically. The organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule unconfirmed appointments.
7. General Provisions
This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Zart has the right to modify the terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of this.
By marking the agreement, the author acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms.
